This wedding had a lovely outdoor party feel. The ceremony was held directly next door to the reception marquee which was on the Matilda Bay Foreshore with stunning river and city views. The cream carpet aisle was scattered with fresh pink petals and the aisle chairs adorned with large posies of fresh summer flowers. Four large fresh floral arrangements framed the entrance of the aisle and the bride and groom as they said their vows. The fresh flowers and natural greenery complemented the surroundings without detracting the eye from the stunning foreshore backdrop.

The reception was cocktail style and the bride wanted to the river to be the feature so the décor was kept simple and elegant. The silk lined marquee was decorated with chandeliers and was only three sided to take maximum advantage of the view and cool summer breeze. Small four seater tables were decorated with martini vases and tall arrangements of white flowers and natural greenery and the tall cocktail tables were finished with small mirror boxes and matching flowers.
